Filling
- 3 Cups soaked cashews
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cups agave
- 3/4 coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup water , as needed
- dash salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Directions:
Soak your nuts over night drain water, blend filling ingredients together, pour in to your crust.
freeze for a few hours or over night.
take out 30 minutes before severing.
store the left over in freezer
slice up your favorite fruit for your topping

1 1/2 cup nuts, walnuts, almonds or
(any one you like or a mixture)
1/2 cup dates
1/4 ts. salt
1/2 ts. vanilla
